The primary goal was to identify the elements influencing young people’s lives and create comprehensive parenting resources for families, educators, and other social institutions. For these projects, we worked with the Dept. of Narcotics Control (Ministry of Home Affairs) , BIRBA , CIDA and Bills Malinda Gets Foundation. Mechanized irrigation has been critical for the survival of farmers and agricultural laborers in Bangladesh during the last two decades. The purchase and operation of DTWs, STWs, and LLPs, and hence control over irrigation water, has always been the realm of male farmers. Since the 1980s, irrigation programs run by various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have allowed not just impoverished male farmers and landless males to have access to these means of production, but also poor women. This was the primary emphasis of this study endeavor. Additionally, we focus on food and nutrition-related programs like the year-round intensive vegetable growing in homestead areas and the program for crop diversification.
